To secure your booking, you first need to create an account on our platform.
1. Create an account
If you already have an account or would like to register to confirm your event booking please click the Login/Register button below. When prompted with the Login / Register screen as displayed in the image below; If you already have an account, use the Login section, if you need to create a new account, complete the Register section.
2. Select the Order Tab
- From the Dashboard (After logging into your account) click the “ORDERS” tab
- The order tab will present you with a list of all your order/invoices and their current status.
- From this screen, you can Pay, View or Cancel your booking.
- If your invoice status displays “Pending Payment“, please click on the Pay link to complete your initial payment.
- On the payment screen, verify that all details including the “Total amount due” is correct.
- Complete the payment information form with your credit card details.
- Click the “Pay For Order” button then wait for a success notification.
Once your booking was successful, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction.
